Returns
Ready to Ship jewelry (non-personalized) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided the item has not been worn or damaged and has not been tailor-made, customized or personalized.
Personalized jewelry orders are final and can be cancelled or altered only within 24 hours grace period from the purchase due to the customization of the item.
You can initiate return by contacting us via form at https://lemoijewelry.com/pages/contact-us or emailing us directly by replying to the order confirmation email. Please provide your order number and include a photo of the product on claims of incorrect/defective goods.
You will receive a full refund for returns, excluding shipping charges. After the items are received back, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed and the refund to show up in your credit card account.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via a form on https://lemoijewelry.com/pages/contact-us.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to address provided by us after initiating the return process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure items are securely packed, Lemoi Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items while in transit.
